The registration fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and poster area
  • Conference Proceedings
  • Welcome drink, lunch and coffee breaks as scheduled in the conference programme
  • One copy of peer reviewed scientific journal containing conference proceedings

Choose your registration category. Please note that organizer may ask you to send a copy of document proving your status (student, citizenship) to get reduced fee.
* Early bird discount on registration fee is for participants registered before February 28, 2009. Regular fee applies for payments after the March 1st 2009.
** Reduced fees are available for participants from non-EU Eastern European countries: Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro.

The registration fee for each symposium is
75 EUR   + 19%VAT = 89,25 EUR (for registered participants of FOOD AND FUNCTION 2009)
150 EUR + 19%VAT = 178,5 EUR (for symposia only participants)

Accompanying persons will not get CME credits.

Conference Gala Dinner

The conference gala dinner will take place on 10th June 2009 at 20.00-22.00 at the Hotel Holiday Inn. Places are limited by the dinner venue so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Tickets may also be purchased for guests and are available at 40 EUR per ticket + VAT 19% = 47,60 EUR.
